July 15, 2010: In the Beginning, There was nothing. Then there was Lloyd, ushering in a new era of culinary excellence to the streets of Buffalo NY. It began when Pete and Chris met the mighty and wise Lloyd. They began to serve up burritos out of a truck.

December 17, 2015: Buffalove Lloyd Taco Truck: a business whose mission is to serve affordable yet tasty food to the people of Buffalo.

Their business forms new Buffalo jobs (something desperately needed) and provides a convenient option for the people of WNY. Sounds good, right? Yet, the Buffalo Food Truck debate lives on. Every major city in the US (and a lot of smaller cities) has a fleet of food trucks bringing variety to their culinary offerings. Food Network and Cooking Channel feature mobile vendors on “The Great Food Truck Race” and “Eat Street.” Buffalo, let’s step out of the Stone Age and into 2012!”
